Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) single registered account on bh999v at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Username and Password Policy

Bonuses & Promotions
bh999v offers a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 to new players who complete account registration and make a qualifying first deposit. Prohibited Activities

- Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment provider for deposits that were validly made to a bh999v account and played.
- Money Laundering: Using bh999v as a vehicle to place, layer, or integrate the proceeds of criminal activity. bh999v is obligated to report suspicious financial activity and will co-operate fully with law enforcement agencies in any related investigation.
- Exploitation of Software Errors: Knowingly exploiting any bug, error, or misconfiguration in the bh999v platform or in any game hosted thereon to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error are not valid and will be voided.
- Unauthorised Access Attempts: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bh999v's systems, databases, or administrative interfaces, or assisting any third party in doing so.
- VPN and Proxy Circumvention: Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to access bh999v from a restricted jurisdiction or to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion orders, that are applied to your account.
- Impersonation: Impersonating bh999v staff, other players, or any other individual or entity in any communication or interaction on the platform.
- Harmful or Abusive Conduct: Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward bh999v staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
- Commercial Use Without Authorisation: Using the bh999v platform, its content, data feeds, or odds information for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of bh999v.
bh999v utilises automated fraud detection tools alongside manual review processes to identify prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is detected, bh999v reserves the right to withhold withdrawals, freeze account balances, and share relevant information with law enforcement, payment providers, and other gambling operators as permitted by applicable law and bh999v's Privacy Policy.
Account Closure & Suspension
bh999v accounts may be closed either at the player's own request or by bh999v under certain circumstances. This section sets out the conditions and procedures for both voluntary and involuntary account closure, as well as the process for temporary account suspension.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
Any registered player may request the permanent closure of their bh999v account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including those who feel that gambling is causing them harm — may also request a self-exclusion of 6 months or longer, or a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days. Suspension or Closure by bh999v
bh999v reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

Where an account is suspended or closed by bh999v for breach of Terms, any remaining balance — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be withheld pending investigation. In cases involving confirmed fraud or breach of the prohibited activities policy, deposited funds may be forfeited. bh999v will provide written notification via the registered email address when an account is closed for cause, outlining the reason and any applicable appeal process.
Inactive Account Policy
Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant account holders will be notified by email and given 30 days to log in and reactivate their account. If no reactivation occurs within that period, bh999v may apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ৳200 per month against the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players with a zero balance at the point of dormancy classification will have their accounts closed without fee.
